Yes, the form works for everyone, and it’s often the fastest way to reach us. If you’re an established patient, just note that when you reach out (or mention it on the call) so we can pull up your chart and pick up right where we left off.

Many endocrinology follow-ups — medication checks, lab reviews, and ongoing management — work well over video. Some visits, like an initial evaluation or an in-office test, are best done in person. We’ll let you know what makes sense for your situation.
