Our commitment

FDTEC is committed to making both this website and our Orlando office usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. If any part of your care is harder to reach than it should be, we want to hear about it and fix it.

The standard we build to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice, that means the site is built to:

• Work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every control.
• Meet AA colour-contrast ratios for text and interface elements.
• Respect your system's reduced-motion setting.
• Use real headings, labels, and landmarks so screen readers can navigate it.
• Give every meaningful image a text alternative.
• Keep tap targets large enough to hit comfortably on a phone.

We have not yet commissioned a formal third-party audit. When we do, we will publish the date and the findings here.

Visiting our office

Our office is at 7485 Sandlake Commons Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819. If you need accessible parking, help getting into the building, a longer appointment slot, or any other accommodation, tell us when you book and we will arrange it in advance.

Language and communication support

If you need an interpreter, materials in another format, or another communication aid for your visit, let us know when you schedule.

Known limitations

Parts of this site are still being built, and some links are marked "coming soon" rather than leading anywhere. Third-party tools we link to — such as the patient portal — are not under our direct control, though we raise accessibility issues with those vendors when we find them.
